Ann Arbor SPARK Presents 14 FastTrack Company Growth Awards

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Ann Arbor SPARK recently presented its annual FastTrack awards to companies that have demonstrated consistent growth. Several of the 14 companies that won 2009 FastTrack awards were multiple year winners, demonstrating long-term consistent business growth. Administered and funded by Weidmayer, Schneider, Raham & Bennett, FastTrack was founded in 1997 and is an annual program sponsored by Ann Arbor SPARK.
"This year's FastTrack winners represent technology, engineering and manufacturing success throughout the Ann Arbor region," said Ann Arbor SPARK CEO Michael A. Finney. "Despite tough economic conditions, these 14 companies of diverse backgrounds and expertise have demonstrated measurable growth that should be a celebrated achievement."
One-year FastTrack winners:
Beal Properties, LLC, a company that specializes in purchasing and redeveloping distressed and underperforming real estate in southeast Michigan. Beal currently manages 42 properties for itself and a few select clients.
Caelynx LLC, a computer-aided engineering firm that provides expedient, reliable consulting services to the energy, defense, aerospace, electronics, and automotive industries.
InterClean Equipment, Inc., an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in heavy-duty car, bus, truck and train wash systems. InterClean is a leader in touchless vehicle wash and water recycling engineering.
MedHub, developer of a Web-enabled enterprise medical residency management system developed to improve communication, collaboration, and medical residency information management.
Sungrace Software, Inc., a provider of end-to-end engineering software development, 3D mechanical design, and FEN CFD simulation services to Independent Software Vendors, manufacturers, and engineering companies worldwide.
Two-year FastTrack winners:
LLamasoft, developer of Supply Chain Guru(TM), a leading supply chain strategic planning application that enables companies to model, optimize, and simulate their supply chain operations, leading to major cost reductions in transportation, inventory, sourcing, and production.
SRT Solutions, a software development firm that specializes in using technology to help businesses reach bottom line goals. SRT Solutions offers custom technology analysis, proof of concept development and custom software development.
Three-year FastTrack winners:

Soft-Link international Inc., a consulting company that provides professional services and technology solutions to leading corporations to manage their corporate, executive and administrative staffing and project needs.
Five-year FastTrack winner:
Menlo Innovations, a custom software design & development firm. Menlo works to create useful and marketable products that deliver real business value to its clients.
FastTrack awards are presented to companies with consistent records of growth. For the 2009 FastTrack recipients, companies were required to have revenue of at least $100,000 in 2005, and average growth of 20 percent for the following three years. To qualify, companies reported 2008 revenues greater than 2007 revenues.
