Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Fiksu Named a 2012 "Top Place to Work" by The Boston Globe

BOSTON, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Boston Globe has named Fiksu, Inc. (www.fiksu.com), developer of the award-winning Fiksu for Mobile Apps Marketing Platform that combines advanced optimization technology with the world's largest mobile app media inventory, one of the 2012 "Top Places to Work" in Massachusetts. This is the Boston Globe's fifth year of honoring the state's most beloved workplaces based on surveys of the people who know best – the employees themselves.

This distinguished honor recognizes Fiksu's achievements in creating a progressive and positive work environment based on workplace practices in compensation, leadership, appreciation, career opportunities and management. This is the second workplace award bestowed upon the company recently, as Fiksu was also named one of the Boston Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" in 2012.

"It's an exciting time for Fiksu – we're a growing company in market full of opportunities, with solutions that are in demand by some of the leading brands and game publishers," said Micah Adler, CEO, Fiksu. "We're extremely proud our innovative, passionate and hard-working team and are honored to be recognized for by the Boston Globe for our commitment to our employees."

"I'm surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do for a living," said Christian Galvin, Enterprise Sales Director, Americas, "and there's an immediate satisfaction in seeing our clients climb up the app store ranks and hit their marketing goals."

"When we launched in 2008 during the Great Recession, we wondered if employers would lose focus on keeping their employees happy," Boston Globe Business Editor Shirley Leung said. "But businesses have continued to make strides in employee appreciation and opportunities. With more than 300 companies surveyed this year, we saw our highest participation rate to date."

The Boston Globe's 2012 Top Places to Work survey was conducted by WorkPlace Dynamics, specialists in employee engagement and retention. The Globe invited 1,586 employers to participate in the survey; 304 organizations employing a total of 210,000 people completed the process. Completed surveys were received from 81,907 individuals. Fiksu, along with this year's other Top Places to Work winners, was featured in The Boston Sunday Globe on November 4, as well as on BostonGlobe.com and Boston.com. Top Places to Work news is also available via Twitter at #workboston.

Fiksu is a well-funded and fast-growing company seeking talented, passionate and energetic individuals to help support and manage a growing portfolio of clients. For more information, please visit www.fiksu.com/company/careers.
