Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

CHICAGO, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Epazz Inc., (OTCQB: EPAZ) a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions is proud to announce IntelliSys, the developer of IPMC (Integrated Plant Management and Control) scada software products, celebrates our 20th year in 2012. "We are very pleased to announce that IntelliSys has been part of the Epazz family for 20 years," says Shaun Passley, CEO of Epazz Inc.

"Acquisitions are part of our long term growth plans which include organic growth and diversifying revenue streams into Epazz. Overall, we have a strategy which we will lay out in more detail going forward which will add shareholder value," Passley said

IntellySys was acquired by Epazz, Inc. in September of 2010. IntelliSys was incorporated in 1992 as a software integrator focused on the Utility Industry. IntelliSys development efforts form inception has been the integration of facility management solutions. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), MIS (Management Information Systems) and MMS (Maintenance Management Systems) are the three major components in many of the integrated facility management systems created and supported by IntelliSys. In 2000 IntelliSys doubled its customer base when it obtained the rights to Facility Management Technology IPMC (Integrated Plant Management and Control) software and initiated efforts to update, maintain and support the applications being used by the growing customer base of Water, Wastewater and Electric Utility customers.

IntelliSys has provided timely and cost effective upgrades to customer facility management systems over the years as computer technology has changed. Our earliest systems were DOS based. Major revisions were made updating to the Windows operating systems including Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 7. Historian data base formats also evolved over the year from Dbase to Paradox, then MS Access and finally to MS Sequel Server. With IntelliSys support customers were able to transition the data base changes without loss of any historical data. Historical data in an invaluable asset for long term engineering analysis in the utility environ.

The IntelliSys IPMC software suite provides a comprehensive integrated approach to process monitoring, management information and maintenance management. The suite of products is modular and scalable to any sized facility.  The major software applications developed, marketed and supported by IntelliSys include SystemVIEW, ReportVIEW, MaintenanceVIEW and EnergyVIEW. Each of these applications is designed to be a standalone application or to be fully integrated with each of the other applications.
