DiCentral Corporation, a leading innovator in supply chain management solutions and B2B integration, today announced that Mary Kleespies, Director, Supply Chain Consulting, and Paul Wagner, Retail CIO and Management Consultant, at DiCentral Corporation will present on PO Change and Acknowledgement at the Vendor Compliance Federation (VCF) Fall Conference, hosted at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Scottsdale Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ms. Kleespies and Mr. Wagner will give the preliminary findings of a joint survey conducted by VCF and DiCentral earlier this year. Their presentation, entitled "Change happens; how do YOU manage it?” will be Wednesday, November 14th, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. DiCentral will also sponsor the conference.

The DiCentral and VCF survey was conducted to study the percentage of retailers requiring vendors to send an 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgement for a Purchase Order that has been issued. The organizations also explored what requirements are mandated by retailers and how vendors are managing the requirements. Ms. Kleespies and Mr. Wagner will lead a workshop at VCF’s Annual Fall Conference that will explore the study’s preliminary findings and solicit feedback from participants concerning their own experiences. The final report and analysis will be made available spring 2013.
