Clearview Announces Dividend

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/09/12 -- Clearview Resources Ltd. ("Clearview") is pleased to announce that a cash dividend in the amount of $1.00 per share will be paid January 15, 2013 to holders of record on December 17, 2012 of its Common Shares. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). It is anticipated that dividend cheques dated January 15, 2013 will be in the mail by January 9, 2013.
