Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. OneMove(TM) Announces Board Changes, Formation of Special Committee and Appointment of New Chairman

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- OneMove Technologies Inc. ("OneMove" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OM), the provider of the leading web-based real estate transaction platform and the creator of the largest and fastest growing online community of conveyancing professionals, announced today the resignation of Matthew Proud ("Proud") as Director and Chairman of the Board. Proud has resigned in order to proceed with his intent to acquire, together with Plantro Ltd. ("Plantro", together with Proud, the "Offeror"), all of the outstanding common shares of the Company not already owned by the Offeror (the "Transaction"), as announced in the Offeror's news release dated December 14, 2012.

OneMove also announces the formation of a Special Committee of the Board of Directors comprised of two independent Directors in order to review, evaluate and guide the Board of Directors in connection with the Transaction.

OneMove also announces the appointment of Mr. Adrian Turchet to fill the Board seat vacated by Mr. Proud, and the appointment of current Director Paul Henri Schelfhout as the new Chairman of the Board. Messrs. Turchet and Schelfhout are the two Board members who are Plantro's appointees as previously agreed between Plantro and the Company.

Mr. Turchet has extensive experience in the investment banking industry and is currently employed with Integral Wealth Securities Ltd. in Toronto, Ontario since 2011 and acted as an institutional equity sales representative of Pollitt & Co. between 2008 and 2011.
