Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Winery Exchange Acquires Our Daily Red & Orleans Hill
National Brand Portfolio expansion to include Certified Organic and Sulfite-Free Wine Brands

NOVATO, Calif., Jan. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Winery Exchange announced the expansion of their National Brands Division with the acquisition of a portfolio of certified organic and sulfite-free wine brands.  In addition to category leaders, Our Daily Red and Orleans Hill, the deal includes several private brands that also feature organic certification and contain no sulfites.

Our Daily Red and Orleans Hill join the California-sourced Echelon brand and the recently released Italian brand Ogio in the Winery Exchange National Brands Division.  "Two years ago we made a commitment to build a distinctive portfolio of nationally distributed wine brands.  The addition of these sizeable, category-leading brands demonstrates that commitment.  We're excited by the growth opportunities presented in the organic food and wine categories and believe we have partnered with two principals who are true pioneers in organic wine production," said Peter Byck, CEO of Winery Exchange.

Company co-founders Tony Norskog and Donn Berdahl will continue to be actively involved in wine production, distributor and account management and consumer communications.  "Donn and I come from a farming, wine production background and feel Winery Exchange is the right partner to help move organic wines deeper into broad market distribution where we have been seeing growth the last few years. Improved distribution is the key to promoting more acres of organic agriculture and that is in everyone's interest," offered Tony Norskog, Nevada County Wine Guild.  "We have a tremendously loyal consumer following and sought out a partner who could help us grow the business and continue to serve our existing consumers."

"Already in national distribution, Our Daily Red and Orleans Hill will be marketed and managed by the Winery Exchange National Brands Division of Regional Sales Directors and me," explained Chris Jones, National Sales Manager for the Winery Exchange National Brands Division.  "We are excited to have the opportunity to lead this category and significantly grow our division.  The team is looking forward to working with Tony and Donn to bringing these brands to the next level."

Winery Exchange is the only full-service, national and corporate brand, beverage alcohol company that sources beer, wine and spirits from the finest regions worldwide. The company was founded with the intent of blending extensive industry expertise with cutting-edge business practices. The result is a dynamic, fast-growing company poised to take advantage of new trends in the beverage alcohol industry.

Zepponi & Company, the global wine industry mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Nevada County Wine Guild and negotiated the sale to Winery Exchange.
