Australia-based Petra Capital is the latest addition to Global Alliance Partners (GAP)

Hong Kong, Jan 23, 2013 - (ACN Newswire) - Global Alliance Partners (GAP; www.globalalliancepartners.com) formally announced the addition of Petra Capital Pty Ltd (Petra Capital; www.petracapital.com.au) to the network organization. Petra Capital, GAP's other Sydney-based member firm, is a fully licensed Australian Institutional Stockbroking and Corporate finance firm (Equity Capital Markets).
GAP Chairman, Mr. John P. O'Shea cited that the distribution offered by Petra Capital, particularly in the mining and resources space, will no doubt be an asset to the Alliance. "GAP's strong suits include projects within the Mining and Precious Metals industries, of which we've transacted over 140 deals worth more than US$700 million all together," Mr. O'Shea explained.
