(NYSE: ORA) plans to announce its fourth quarter and year-end 2012 earnings results in a press release that will be issued on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 after the market close. The Company has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, February 27, 2013.
