Writer Safeguard were in search of a technology that would help them in keeping track on the calls they receive. They wanted their custodians to be managed and also needed better call management, serviceability and Turn Around Time (TAT). Writer Safeguard lacked a technology that could streamline their operation and manage their blended process.
