Advanced graph analytics for any enterprise
Built on GRASP (Graph and Sequence processing) technology, Apigee Insights' unique capabilities stem from its ability to apply machine learning and graph and sequence processing on all customer interaction data, including structured, unstructured and API data.
Apigee Insights now features new graph visualization tools that allow data analysts to explore the common events and time-based behavior of their customers. For example, a company can use Apigee Insights to analyze all prior interactions across Web, mobile, call center, in-store, and other channels to generate propensity scores for various digital marketing offers based on different weather conditions. Then, developers can use these predictions via APIs to build adaptive apps for any channel. Using the adaptive app, the company can, on a sunny day, encourage a customer to walk into the store by delivering a push notification for an in-store coupon that is valid for a specified duration. On the other hand, on a rainy day, the company can recommend free shipping with mobile purchase to accelerate conversion.
