Dont underestimate the SLA's role in accountability. For companies that have dynamic requirements and no down time can be afforded, make sure you have very tight SLAs. For example, OpSource provides a 100% SLA in the cloud and 100%SLA around production application environments. Now 100% is ideally perfect, it comes down to accountability, yo...

The Little Nell Commissions Designer Holly Hunt for Room Renovations
Iconic Five-Star Hotel Will Ring in Its 20th Anniversary With Extensive Guest Room Remodel

ASPEN, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/27/09 -- The Little Nell, Aspen's finest hotel, is setting a new standard in hotel room design with the commission of internationally-known residential designer Holly Hunt to redesign The Little Nell's guest rooms, junior suites, and its corridors, ensuring the iconic and fashionable hotel is as fresh as ever. The hotel will be closed for the renovations beginning September 7 and re-opening December 1, 2009.

With a contemporary aesthetic that is indicative of the HOLLY HUNT brand, all of the furniture will be designed specifically to fit the unique attributes of each room. Hunt will create a space offering guests the highest level of comfort that continues to be like a home away from home, exhibiting touches of classic Aspen with warm tones and a residential feel. Operating multi-line showrooms in top U.S. markets that include her own exclusive Studio H furniture, lighting, and textiles, Hunt shares the same mentality as The Little Nell team that excellent, visually-pleasing design can enhance one's overall stay experience.

"Now is the perfect time to renovate," said The Little Nell's General Manager John Speers. "The 18 million dollar budget demonstrates a commitment by our owners to stay at the forefront of hotel design, guest contentment and sustainable business practices. With Holly Hunt at the helm, this complete renovation is a departure from normal hotel designer practice, which is what our customers want and expect from The Little Nell. It ties in perfectly with the celebration of the hotel's 20th anniversary."

This remodel will update the hotel's look and feel, and provide guests with enhanced style along with the comfort they have enjoyed for the past two decades. While some competitors are cutting back on amenities and services, The Little Nell continues to invest in the highest quality guest offerings and gracious hospitality, striving as well for innovative solutions to uphold sustainable practices throughout the hotel. With room control systems that utilize the most up-to-date technological advances in lighting, music, television, and temperature, guests will be able to customize the accommodations to suit personal desires while also conserving energy consumption. LED lighting will ensure a soft, pleasant glow, and with one button, a cutting edge Control4 wireless system developed initially for residential homes, will shut down all energy use in the room. Sensors in each room will shut off all of the lights, fireplace, and reduce the temperature two to three degrees upon exiting. The hotel's redesign will provide guests even more reason to escape to The Little Nell for a weekend getaway, a week, or as long as they'd like.

Aspen's only Five-Star / Five-Diamond luxury hotel, The Little Nell blends the virtues of a country inn with the personalized service and amenities of a grand hotel.
